Our Journey

biomass-pellets-500x500.webp

Established in 2026, Vyom Bioenergy was founded on a mission to bridge the gap between organic waste and industrial energy. Our journey began with a commitment to high-tech manufacturing and sustainable innovation. We are dedicated to transforming natural resources into high-quality bio-mass pellets, ensuring a cleaner future for the energy sector through rigorous R&D and professional manufacturing excellence.

MISSION

We are dedicated to transforming organic waste into high-performance bio-mass pellets. Our mission is to bridge the gap between industrial energy demands and sustainable waste management through advanced manufacturing and R&D.

VISION

To become the global leader in sustainable energy solutions. We envision a future where every industrial facility utilizes Vyom Bioenergy pellets to reduce carbon emissions and transition towards a circular economy.

How They Are Made.

Integrity, quality, and respect are the pillars of our business. We treat every home as if it were our own and provide clear, upfront communication from start to finish.

collectioN

step 1

Agricultural waste (sawdust, bagasse, rice husk, etc.) is collected, inspected, and stored in covered, ventilated sheds.

DRYING

step 3

Material is passed through a rotary drum dryer to reduce moisture content to below 10–12% — the critical threshold for quality pelletization.

Pelletization

step 4

Dried material is compressed in a ring-die pellet mill at 200–400 kg/cm² pressure. Natural lignin melts and binds the material into 6–8 mm diameter cylinders. No chemicals used.

Packing

step 6

Good pellets are packed in 25–50 kg woven PP moisture-proof bags, labelled with quality parameters, and dispatched.

COOLING

step 5

Pellets are cooled from ~80°C to ambient in a counter-flow cooler, then screened to separate fines. Fines are recycled.

REDUCTION

step 2

Raw material is shredded in a hammer mill to a uniform 3–5 mm particle size.
